- We review our information collection, storage, and processing practices, including physical security measures, to prevent unauthorized access to our systems
- We restrict access to personal information to PCSmypet employees, contractors, and agents who need that information in order to process it. Anyone with this access is subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined or terminated if they fail to meet these obligations.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
More than 24 hours before your scheduled driver pickup: Full refund of your PCSmypet service fee.
Within 24 hours of your scheduled driver pickup: The ground transport portion of your payment is non-refundable. Once a driver has committed their time and resources to your job — confirming the route, coordinating logistics, and preparing for pickup — we are unable to recover those costs on their behalf. Any remaining balance beyond the ground transport fee will be refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows: If your driver is already en route or on-site at the time of cancellation, the full ground transport fee is forfeited. No exceptions.
Airline cargo fees: Fees paid directly to the airline for cargo shipment are governed by the airline's own cancellation policy. PCSmypet is not responsible for refunding airline-side charges.
Circumstances outside your control: We recognize that military travel — especially via Patriot Express or other government-contracted flights — can change without warning. We handle these situations with compassion and on a case-by-case basis, but the 24-hour driver commitment window still applies once a driver has been assigned.
